Great location, best beach ever, staff upgraded our room, friendly and courteous staff, attentive activity desk. Awesome bar service with helpful bartenders. Spacious room with nice view and relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic beds and pillows. Enjoyed the big dock for swimming and lounging. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thankful for a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Richard at the Paddle House bar and Clifford at the Deck bar. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants and sights in the area. The location was perfect, with the best beach I have ever been to. The hotel upgraded my room without me even asking, and it was beautiful and conveniently located. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the staff always remembered my name and made me feel welcome. The activity desk was very attentive to my needs and helped me plan my daily activities. it was a wonderful experience.

The location of this hotel is great, with stunning views of the sea from the second-floor room. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a beautiful wooden sliding wall that creates a shared space. The staff is friendly and accommodating, addressing guests by name every morning. The pool and beach area are perfect for relaxation.

The separate swim-up bar, located down the beach from the hotel, was unfortunately closed for repairs during my visit.

Nothing not to like.

What a great Easter! We spent it in the most beautiful place. Our suite was awesome with an amazing island in the kitchen and a pool just a few steps away. Complementary paddle boarding and kayaking activities made our trip even more fun. The location was perfect. We were able to relax with the calm waters, but there were still plenty of things to do nearby.

While the dinner menu at the hotel was not that great, we found some excellent restaurants a short drive away that offered delicious food. The only other downside was that we didn't want to leave!

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This resort is absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with stunning views of the ocean. The private pool was a dream come true, and we loved lounging in the sun with absolutely no disruptions. the resort is within a short drive of the town center, so we enjoyed exploring the area and experiencing the local culture.

Some of the facilities were not up to par. We noticed some cracked tiles near the pool, and the water pressure in our room's shower was inconsistent.

villa margarita at jaguar reef exceeded our expectations. the staff was friendly and attentive, our room was gorgeous and clean, and the beach was the best we've ever been to. the upgraded room was a nice surprise. highly recommend exploring the coast here.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-of-the-line with a big dock that offers a great spot for swimming and lounging. I also loved the convenience of having breakfast down the beach which made it easy to start my day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating making my experience truly enjoyable. Lastly, you cannot miss the picturesque view of the beach. I can't wait to come back again.

Can’t fault anything about it.

During our stay, we loved waking up to the sound of waves down the shore. We enjoyed taking a dip in the sea and lounging down the beach for breakfast. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with an amazing view of the sea. , the friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious.

The dust from the road leading to the resort was a bit of an inconvenience.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are truly exceptional. We were impressed with the exclusive spa treatments, refreshing swimming pool and relaxing jacuzzi available for guests to enjoy. The hotel's beachfront location provided for endless ocean views that were truly breathtaking. The live entertainment provided enjoyable evenings full of laughter and good times. The private facilities were perfect for relaxation and comfort, ensuring a truly exclusive and personalized experience.

The only minor issue we experienced was the spotty wireless internet connection. Despite this, the staff was attentive and worked to ensure our needs were met.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities for every traveler’s needs. The outdoor swimming pool and hot Jacuzzi were comforting, as well as the beach access for the perfect tan. The massage experience was outstanding; the full-body massage was heavenly and the foot massage was divine. The service was top-notch, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area was perfect. We loved the picnic area/tables, ideal for a romantic dinner or to enjoy private facilities.

The live entertainment was not that great. We were expecting more performances, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.
